There can never again be an equivalent to 1939 for Hollywood. Gone forever is the studio system, run by immigrant, self-made moguls who embraced the values and ideals of their adopted country. Although now we have some good pictures produced each year, by and large the writers, producers, directors and actors are part of the "Blame America First" crowd, or are actively hostile to the Christian principles that produced the greatest and most free society in history. So, take a moment to remember, yearn, and perhaps lament, but don't forget to go and rent a few of these classics. Experience the best of motion picture history.
